1. Free Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all refrigerant cylinder orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden freight fees, no minimum order value thresholds, and no surcharges for this benefit. All orders ship via standard ground freight, free of charge. For special delivery arrangements, contact our sales team.

2. Processing and Dispatch Times

Our order processing timeline depends on when your order is placed and when your EPA certification has been verified:

  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed and EPA-verified before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day are processed, packed, and dispatched the same business day.
  • Next-business-day dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
  • EPA verification: Our compliance team typically verifies EPA Section 608 certifications within 15 minutes during regular business hours. Orders cannot be dispatched until this mandatory verification is complete. We encourage you to upload a clear image of your certification card at checkout to expedite the process.
  • Peak periods: During periods of unusually high order volume (e.g., seasonal demand spikes or supply-chain disruptions), processing times may be extended by one additional business day. We will communicate any such delays via email.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We use established, authorized ground freight carriers that are experienced in handling DOT-regulated pressurized materials. The specific carrier is selected based on the destination, package dimensions, and applicable shipping regulations.

  • Standard cylinders (25 lb to 50 lb net weight): Shipped via small-package ground freight — estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on the distance from our distribution centre to the delivery address.
  • Large cylinders (125 lb and above): Shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days. For large cylinders (125 lb+), contact our support team to arrange delivery logistics.
  • Remote and rural addresses: Delivery to remote or rural locations may require one additional business day compared to the estimates above. We will inform you if your address falls into this category.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the classification of refrigerant cylinders as DOT-regulated pressurized materials, the following shipping restrictions apply to all orders:

  • Continental United States only: We ship exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.
  • No PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses: All shipments require a physical street address for delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • No over-night air service: Due to the pressurized nature of our products, air freight and overnight shipping are not available at this time.

5. Signature Required

All deliveries containing refrigerant cylinders require an adult signature (18 years or older) at the time of delivery. This requirement is in place for safety, regulatory compliance, and theft prevention. Our carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. If no signature is obtained after the third attempt, the package will be held at the carrier's local terminal for pickup. Please ensure that someone with valid identification is present at the shipping address during the estimated delivery window.

6. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
